Base refine of 52% for ore and Blue Ice, Thick Blue Ice, Glacial Mass, Smooth Glacial Mass, Glare Crust, Gelidus, Dark Glitter, and Krystallos.
Office rental is 500,000 isk per month.
Clone Fee is 615,000 Isk per clone change
